Our professional culinary staff is eager to make every event special. Our two Nationally Certified Executive Chefs and full-time chefs are dedicated to preparing delicious food that will exceed your expectations. A number of menu suggestions are available and specialized menus may be developed for more elaborate dinners and celebrations.

We offer two excellent dining options on campus for non-catered events. The cafeteria, located in the Honeycutt Campus Center, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (M-F). The cafeteria has a wide selection varying from salads to the grill to the blue plate special. The Founder’s Café offers a wonderful selection of gourmet coffees, pastries, and sandwiches (M-Sa).

Louisville boasts of more than 2,500 restaurants ranging from casual to elegant. A culinary tour of Louisville will include fantastic ethnic cuisine as well as authentic Southern favorites. Local specialties include Derby Pie, Hot Browns, and burgoo (be sure to ask someone about this one).
